Residents had great fun celebrating National Play Day this August with a creative activity that took them on a journey beneath the waves!
Using plasticine, residents worked together to create their very own underwater diorama, filling the scene with an imaginative collection of colourful sea creatures. There were plenty of fish, some fantastic octopuses and even a sea serpent thrown in for good measure!
The activity was a lovely opportunity for residents to get creative, use their imaginations and enjoy making something together. Everyone was able to add their own touches to the underwater world, resulting in a brilliant finished display full of colour and character.
A wonderfully creative way to celebrate National Play Day, we think the finished underwater world looks fantastic!
