There is plenty to look forward to at Swanborough House this July, with a packed programme of activities designed to promote wellbeing, encourage social connection and create enjoyable experiences for everyone in our community.
Throughout the month, residents will have the opportunity to take part in a wide variety of themed events, creative sessions and social activities. From Mandala art, World UFO Day and Photography Friday to World Brain Day, International Friendship Day and our Wimbledon strawberries and cream celebration, every week offers something different to enjoy.
Our regular community events also continue, including Football on the Field, Bonkers Boccia, Music Monday, Talking Tuesday, Makaton Day with Gigi, church services and opportunities to celebrate important occasions together, such as the Resident Park Crawl during Love Parks Week and a special celebration of MH’s life with Reverend Emily.
At Swanborough House, meaningful activity is an important part of life and plays a vital role in supporting rehabilitation, independence and emotional wellbeing. Our dedicated team carefully plans a varied programme that encourages residents to explore new interests, build confidence, strengthen friendships and enjoy life to the fullest.
Whether it’s getting creative, joining in a quiz, enjoying music, taking part in group discussions or celebrating national awareness days, there is something for everyone to enjoy this July.
